How It Works

Purpose
ADS helps you understand your decisions by tracking what you do and how those decisions turn out over time.
How the System Evaluates Decisions
ADS evaluates decisions using multiple signals, including how often you use a decision, how it performs over time, the conditions under which it was made (time pressure and emotional weight), and whether you would make the same decision again.

By combining these signals, the system reveals patterns that are difficult to recognize when looking at decisions individually.
The Process
1. Create a decision
2. Live with the outcome
3. Evaluate it after real use
4. Let the system identify patterns over time
Evaluation
Each decision is evaluated based on satisfaction, frequency of use, and whether you would make the same decision again.

These inputs create a more complete picture of how a decision performs beyond the initial moment.
Insights
Over time, ADS analyzes your decisions to surface patterns such as consistency, impulse-driven behavior, and gaps between what feels right and what actually works.

These patterns are presented in the Insights section to help you better understand your decision-making.
Categories
Decisions are grouped into categories to help you identify patterns across different areas of your life.
